Monoacylglycerol Lipase Inhibitor, URB602 has not been found to inhibit FAAH, COX-2, or diacylglycerol lipase activity. Monoacylglycerol Lipase Inhibitor, URB602 has been shown to increase antinociception induced by stress, most likely through increasing 2-arachidonylglycerol levels. |
