PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor C1 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of the PD-1/PD-L1 protein/protein interactions with IC50 < 100 nM (PD-1/PD-L1 Homogenous Time-Resolved Fluorescence (HTRF) binding assay).
