Pyridoclax is able to disrupt BimL/Mcl-1 interaction in whole living cells. Pyridoclax strongly sensitizes ovarian cancer chemoresistant IGROV1-R10 cells to Bcl-xL targeting siRNA, their combination leading to massive apoptosis.
