ONO-4059 is a highly potent and dual oral Btk/Tec inhibitor with an IC50 in the sub-nmol/L range. Previous studies with ONO-4059 demonstrated that ONO-4059 significantly inhibits the macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) and receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL)-driven osteoclast defferentiation.
